About Gloss Boss

Gloss Boss is our most in-demand workshop it turns standard classrooms into active brand studios. Over three practical hours, young people take full charge of creating a beauty business from scratch.

They measure raw vegan ingredients, run formulation tests, work out unit pricing, design packaging, and stand up to present their finished product. We strip away dry lectures and replace them with practical trial, teamwork, and problem solving.

Whether we are working in a secondary school, alternative provision, or youth group, Gloss Boss gives every young person space to take ownership, build confidence, and discover what they are capable of achieving.
